Story

Never Enough Bake Shop is located in Mystic, Connecticut and was officially founded in February 2020 as a Cottage Food Law Operation by Aimee Filippetti.

Owner and Pastry Chef, Aimee Filippetti is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. In 2015 she received her Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and, in 2016, her Bachelors Degree in Food Business Management, with a concentration in Advanced Baking and Pastry.

In October 2020, with her Mom, she purchased the Bleu Squid in Olde Mistick Village. In 2023 she re-branded Bleu Squid to become toast + tonic creative kitchen. Never Enough is located inside on the new t+t restaurant.

Being a Mystic native, Aimee always knew she wanted to bring her passion to the community of Southeastern Connecticut.
